After I learned about the Keeper and its many benefits I was very excited to start using it. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the seal tight and it leaked constantly. Then I learned the secret...The seven fold! ... You fold the Keeper in half (like the directions describe) but then, instead of folding it in half again, bend half of the flattened rim down so that the rim is in the shape of a 7. Then,when you put it in, just release it quickly and it forms a really tight seal. I give it a 1/4 turn and pull it down and forward a little bit and it's solid. Another good thing about this method is that the shape of it is pointed so it's easier to insert. I read many "tips and testimonials" of other websites and there seem to be many women like me that want to use the Keeper but can't get the seal right. Hopefully you'll share this new method so that more women can use the product.I love the Keeper and can't imagine using anything else.

I love it!!! I've used The Keeper for 3 complete cycles now and you are not getting it back. I have had no leaks, smells, soggy strings, rubbish (neatly and discretely wrapped). What a godsend. I dont need to worry about visiting my friends with septic tanks or anything. Ive been trying to convert my friends but they are having trouble with the perceived size of the Keeper. Great work. So pleased to see someone distributing this in NZ. I bought mine from a Canadian website a couple of years ago before I went on a 2 month trip around Europe (didn't want to ask in shops for tampons in 8 different languages!). I would NEVER go back to tampons! A truly brilliant product, and it should last me right up to menopause with any luck. Anyway, I wish you well with your venture. Kind regards.........Jo

Hi Diane, I have finally mastered it (it took a while)! I worked out that it's really important to pinch the base of the cup very firmly & twist on insertion & then check that the cup has fully unfolded. When I have done this consistently, I have had no leaks & it's been really easy. I'm now much more confident to use it & have pretty much eliminated the use of tampons. The size seems to be fine & I've kept the stem length as is - I certainly wouldn't want to cut it any shorter for me as it seems to almost "disappear" on occasions. Dear Keeper People I just wrote to say thanks and to tell you what I think about your product. I am 14 and have been using the Keeper since I was 13 (a little over six months). When I first started my period my mother told me I could use pads for now. I HATED them since I always seemed to get my period when I was planing to go to the beach. So after begging my mother she let me use tampons and I will admit I loved them. I saw your web page and did some research on other alternatives I thought that this would be my best choice (my family has been known to go on long car trips -not fun with a pad), so I ordered it and tried it and although it does take some practice I LOVE it. I never have to worry about anything leaking? It rarely leaks and if it does I know I did something wrong, but now I have got the hang of it, it never leaks. I only wish I had found the Keeper sooner. I think that not only every woman should use the Keeper but every girl as well and I will try to spread the word about your wonderful product. I found the Keeper a little messy to start with but persevered. In the first couple of months using the Keeper I had leakage problems when I didn't position it right. Practice makes perfect and now 3 years down the track I wouldn't go back to tampons or pads. Thanks... Steph

Could you please post me 1 x small keeper. I have had my keeper for 1 year now. At first I found it uncomfortable as I was getting used to inserting it correctly; but now have it down to a fine art. The one thing I like the best about it is there is little mess; as I am a heavy bleeder and was always having to carry xtra pants and pads around with me at that time. So less mess and embarrassment. So no handbag full of pads and looking for somewhere to dispose them when out of the house. This keeper is for my daughter (age 11) who has just got her period as she is always moaning about the mess and embarassment of having to run to the toilet to change her pad frequently.
